It's true--they do!! As we walked through Marie-Antoinette's garden in Versailles today, we heard a strange sound I could've sworn was a bird...but no, it was a frog. Who knew even the frogs speak a different language?! Since our last entry, we have "done" the Louvre, which was way bigger than we expected (Alec!). We walked near the Jardin de Tulleries, which was beautiful. Speaking of gardens, we've learned that lawns are to be appreciated from afar, not to be used for anything. If you even try to touch it, you get whistled and clapped at...so don't even try. We walked down the Champs Elysees, into a Louis Vuitton store (whoa!), and all the way to the Arc de Triomphe where we had an amazing view of Paris.
Outside of the Hotel des Invalides

It feels very strange and amazing to be standing in front of original Impressionist paintings and to walk where kings walked. This is an experience we won't forget.
